The working days are from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays and weekends.
If you place an order on weekends or holidays, we will start processing it on the next business day.
For customized or pre-sale products, the processing time may be longer. Please refer to the time indicated on the product page.

3. Package tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification via email containing a tracking number (waybill number) and link. You can use this tracking number to check the real-time status of your package on the carrier’s official website.
4. Shipment confirmation and address change
Order Confirmation: After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please carefully check the order details, including the product, quantity, and shipping address.

5. Package loss or damage
Transportation damage: If the goods you receive are damaged during transportation, please take photos immediately to preserve evidence and contact our customer service within 24 hours. We will handle the return and exchange matters for you.
Package loss: If your package is lost during transportation, we will investigate with the carrier. Once the loss is confirmed, we will either resend or provide a refund based on the situation.
